CAN is Justin Dutmers and Stacey Williams: the same two senior practitioners across every engagement, since 2001. For larger jobs we bring in a small bench of vetted EHS and ISO consultants. You always know who is doing what.

Most contractors don't have anyone on staff whose job is "keep us approved on Avetta®." It gets handled by an office manager, an HSE coordinator, a controller. Someone who already has a real job. Then the scorecard updates, the operator changes a requirement, an audit notice arrives, and the work gets done at midnight by someone who isn't trained for it.

That work shouldn't be done at midnight. We do it during business hours, by people whose actual job it is. Your contracts stay open and nobody on your side burns out maintaining a portal.

You talk to one of us. Usually Stacey day to day, Justin for strategy and platform decisions. No call center, no rotating account managers, no software seat to buy. The deliverable is your account in good standing on the platforms your customers care about, and a record we can hand you on demand if anyone asks for it.

We work with contractors as small as a 4-person specialty crew and as large as multi-state operators. The economics work for almost anyone with at least one prequalification platform requirement. If they don't, we'll tell you on the call.

Justin Dutmers

President & Founder

Justin founded Contractor Approval Network in 2001. He spent the prior decade-plus inside EHS/EMS auditing, training, OSHA compliance, regulatory permitting, risk assessments, environmental management, emergency management & response, and chemical/hazardous-waste management. He has worked across aerospace, plastics, semi-conductors, government, contract manufacturing, and heavy transport, and treats each engagement like he's the one bidding the next contract on it.

Stacey Williams

Director of Operations

Stacey runs day-to-day prequalification operations: documentation, platform maintenance, and audit response across our client accounts. She has 10+ years of hands-on management of vendor prequalification platforms and works across the full range we cover.
