All platforms

All 30+ platforms we cover.

Any of these can become a fully managed engagement at the same operational level as the marquee accounts: onboarding, scorecard remediation, audit response, ongoing documentation. If you're on a platform we haven't named, tell us.

What we do

A managed blueprint, not a checklist sent to your inbox.

The seven steps below are the same on every platform, but the artifacts and gotchas vary. That's why each platform has its own page.

  1. 01
    Answering all questionnaires
  2. 02
    Uploading required documents
  3. 03
    Working with your insurance provider
  4. 04
Ensuring you have the correct HSE chapters in your company manuals
  5. 05
Gathering and providing your training documentation and OSHA logs
  6. 06
    Providing proof of policies
  7. 07
Closing out any gaps in reporting details and continuously monitoring your account

Common pitfalls

We know what trips contractors up. Because we fix it daily.

Six failures show up over and over across platforms. Most are not about the technical content. They are about layout, freshness, and which evidence the reviewer actually expects to see.

  • Insurance certificate gaps

Additional-insured language missing for a specific operator, or COI expirations Avetta® caught before you did. Our platform-by-platform refresh catches these on the calendar, not after a denial.

  • EMR over the platform threshold without a corrective-action narrative

Most operators set a per-platform EMR ceiling. When you cross it, the platform expects a written narrative explaining the events and the corrective actions taken. We draft the narrative most reviewers will accept on first pass.

  • RAVS® or safety-program chapters rejected by reviewers

Often for layout and structure, not content. Reviewers look for chapters in the order and section headings each platform expects. We write to the structure each platform's reviewers actually use.

  • Training matrix incomplete or outdated

Missing OSHA 10 / 30, fall protection, or HAZWOPER documentation that auditors expect to see in a single export. We keep the matrix current and tie completion records to platform-specific evidence templates.

  • Subcontractor management procedures missing or generic

Most platforms now require specific written procedures for how you onboard, verify, and manage subcontractors. A paragraph in the manual is not enough anymore. We write the discrete subcontractor management procedure each platform looks for.

  • Drug & alcohol policy missing platform-specific Clearinghouse language

Veriforce® DOT Drug & Alcohol modules expect specific Clearinghouse query language called out in the policy. The ISN® drug and alcohol section has its own checklist. We map each platform's expected language so the policy you submit passes on the first review.
