Contractor Approval Network

Marquee platform

Avetta® prequalification, done by people who only do prequalification.

The most-asked-about platform we work on. We've kept hundreds of contractors at compliant Avetta® scores across every iteration of their scorecard.

What's actually hard about Avetta®

Avetta® isn't hard. Being consistent on it is.

The Avetta® scorecard moves. Sub-scores you've been ignoring suddenly weight more, and a passing account from last quarter shows up in the red this quarter. We monitor scoring changes the day Avetta® publishes them and rework documentation before your client sees a downgrade.

2026 reality

What's actually hard about Avetta® in 2026

Three things show up in front of us about Avetta® every month. First, scorecard recalibration: Avetta® periodically updates how sub-scores weight relative to each other in the compliance summary, and a contractor who was passing in one quarter can show up in red the next quarter without changing a thing on their side. We monitor scoring releases the day Avetta® publishes them and pre-emptively remediate documents that are about to start hurting the score.

Second, the Connect platform continues to roll out features and contractor-facing tooling that change how documents and questionnaires are submitted. Workflow changes look small in release notes and large in your team's day. We keep current on the cycle so your office doesn't bounce off an interface change at the wrong moment.

Third, the four most common reasons we see contractors lose Approved status on Avetta®: a lapsed insurance certificate where the additional-insured language was not carried forward at renewal; an EMR drift over a per-operator threshold without a corrective-action narrative attached; a safety program section rejected by Avetta® evaluators for missing a required element; and a training matrix that's missing OSHA 10 / 30 or fall-protection records the owner was expecting to see in evidence.

Artifacts we'll own for you

The work products auditors actually want.

  • ›EMR + OSHA recordable history (with corrective-action narratives if needed)
  • ›Insurance certificates (GL, WC, Auto, Umbrella) with required additional insureds
  • ›Written safety program (HSE chapters Avetta® specifically asks for)
  • ›Training matrix with documented completion records
  • ›Subcontractor management procedures
  • ›Drug & alcohol policy + program evidence

Process

The seven steps, every time.

We use the same managed-blueprint process across every platform. Predictable for you, repeatable for us.

  1. 01Answering all questionnaires
  2. 02Uploading required documents
  3. 03Working with your insurance provider
  4. 04Ensuring you have the correct HSE chapters in your company manuals
  5. 05Gathering and providing your training documentation and OSHA logs
  6. 06Providing proof of policies
  7. 07Closing out any gaps in reporting details and continuously monitoring your account
